Shipping and returns


*Please note due to Covid there are delays in the postal network which are out of our control. We suggest selecting express post at this time to ensure you get your order in a timely manner.

All orders are shipped from our office in Melbourne. We endeavour to have your order packed and posted in 1-3 business days. Once we have lodged your parcel with Australia Post, postage times may vary depending on the companies own delays etc, it is out of our control. If you are within Australia please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to arrive. For any international orders please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive.

STANDARD TRACKED POST: $9.00 AUD (FREE on orders over $150) on orders within Australia. This option will issue you with a tracking number to the email address used at the time of ordering, once your items have been posted. Your items will be sent with Australia Post.

EXPRESS POST: $15.00 AUD on orders in Australia. By selecting this option once your items have been posted you should receive them within 1-2 business days. (This is providing Australia Post has no delays within their system). Selecting this option does not mean that your items will be expressed through our packaging process however.

INTERNATIONAL POST: $20.00 AUD for all countries outside of Australia. When you select this option your items will be posted via standard air mail (through Australia Post) without a tracking number. If you would like tracking please select the INTERNATIONAL POST WITH TRACKING: $25.00 AUD option. 

Unfortunately for International Post we do not have any access to other third party shipping companies such as Fedex etc due to our location being semi-rural.

Please note that should you choose not to upgrade International Shipping with a tracking number you are doing so at your own risk and we will not issue any refunds or reimbursement should your order be misplaced/not arrive.


Should the size ordered not fit correctly please contact us ( to arrange an exchange of size/style or return your items for a store credit. You will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition; unworn, unwashed, tags attached. We do not accept refunds for change of mind. But, if you can’t find anything suitable for exchange we are happy to provide a refund, upon request. Refunds will be returned via your original payment method minus the cost of postage and external fees such as afterpay or paypal. We will gladly replace items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description free of charge.

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 14 days.

There is no exchange or refund on any SALE items.


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or vastly different from the sample shown on our website, we will either issue a full refund, replace the item for the same or different product, or issue a store credit.


Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.
